The Elisa9602G Microplate Reader is a semi automated bench top instrument focused on clinical immunity-test in hospitals or epidemic preventing stations. It has good characters such as high sensitivity, high accuracy, high speed of detection and the easiness of operation etc. Display is a liquid crystal one with alphanumeric and graphic options. Parameters can be checked on the display without using difficult command sequences.

Ⅱ Main Functions

The instrument is compatible with registered diagnostic EIA kit, primarily used in hospitals or some detection related to clinical immunology.

Main functions

1) Provided with power on self-checking. Error data will display on LCD monitor if something wrong with the photoelectric system.

2)Filter choosing-mode: Automatically

3) Checking mode: Single wave/dual wave detection; single aperture /dual aperture detection

4) Input mode:Key in touch screen;

5) Input format: Impute capital letter/lowercase letter/number at random;

6)Item parameters: Provided with function of set/save/ inquiry 120 detection parameters, this is called in later usage.

7)Defection of calibration: with the function of calibration-defection,which can save/modify 120 parameters of calibration and curves.

8)Detecting method:Absorbance/qualitative/quantitative detection;

Qualitative test: single critical value checking; dual-critical value ,threshold level testing, gray-area setting;

Quantitative test:single point.parabolic interpolation, linear regression, semi-logarithm regression, logarithm regression, logit-log , enzyme kinetics, PCR testing;

9)Saving function:Save the checking results of 100 pieces of plates to be called in later usage.

Absorbance: display/printout originally absorbable value;

Qualitative checking: Display/printout absorbable value, critical value, S/CO, qualitative results;

Quantitative checking: Display/printout absorbable value, density, standard reference value.quantitative results.
