Functional Description

Materials mixed by automatic mixer go into JC-95A extruder by the conveyor, and move to outlet by pushing and squeezing of propeller. As pressure increases, mechanical energy transforms into heat which warms the materials and keeps them at a puffing temperature. The materials are conveyed to JC-95B and cut when extruded by mold. Then they are transferred to cooling conveyor and go out to dry up. The finished products are golden and translucent. Different shapes are got with adjustable molds. The unit is initial for grain processing plants to produce high-end food.
