Boltless Mill Liners for Grinding Fine CaCO3 Powder Description:

In 1994, we designed the first super fine powder pulverizing ball mill production line and the boltless ball mill liners applicable to the super fine pulverizing field in China, which can achieve ideal output on the fineness of finished products with 2μm∼90μm.

In Φ2.2 x 6m ball mill, the capacity is 3.2mt per hour on 2μm∼10μm, which has achieved leading level at home and abroad.

In 2000, we designed the first set of the boltless liners applied in a super fine powder vibrating mill in China.

In 2003, we designed and manufactured ball mill liners used in the largest super fine powder ball mills for Anhui Guofeng Nonmetal Hi-tech Material Co.(Jiuhua Calcium Co.) in China.

Ball mill super fine powder pulverizing process mainly relies on liners.

In the recent 20 years, our liners have been widely used in large, medium and small ball mills in Chinese power generation, mining, cement, Chemical engineering and metallurgical industries and super fine pulverizing equipments. It is the only recommended liner product in the latest standard of the electric-power industry in China.

Our foundry has complete melting, heat treatment and test equipments, such as mid-frequency induction electrical furnaces, quenching and tempering furnaces, blast shot, spectrometer, Rockwell and Brinell Hardness tester, impactor, UT tester and metallographic microscope. We achieved the certificate of quality management system ISO 9001:2008. We have been exporting castings to oversea markets, such as Brazil, Australia and South Africa.

Our products involve various kinds of materials, such as low Chrome alloy steel, middle Chrome alloy steel, high Chrome alloy steel, high chromium white iron, low chromium cast iron, Ni-hard cast iron, high Manganese steel and other heat and corrosion-resistant castings. Our foundry has necessary production and heat treatment equipments, such as mid-frequency induction electrical furnaces, quenching and tempering furnaces, blast shot. Test facilities include Spectrometer for chemical analysis, HRC table hardness tester, HBN table hardness tester, two portable hardness testers, impactor and universal material testing machine for inspection of mechanical properties, matrix microscope for metallographic examination, ultrasonic tester for ultrasonic inspection and magnetic particle tester for magnetic testing. These facilities are used to ensure the consistent quality of products. We achieved the certificate of quality management system ISO 9001:2000. Our current capacity of finished castings is 4500 tons / year. We have a good credit of delivery of products in accordance with the contracts.
