Mini Fully Automatic Gravity Destoner For Rice Mill Machine
TQSX suction gravity destoner is mainly used for cleaning wheat, paddy, soybean,rapessed,peanut in grain processing. It removes stones, muds and other heavy impurities with higher density from grain based on diffferent gravity between the grain and heavy impurities. It is ideal machine for removing the stones that having the similar size and shape with grain kernels.

1. With shutter sieve, it is more suitable for the raw grains that with more stones,higher stone-removing efficiency;
2. The inclination of shutter sieve varies from 10-14 degree depending on the different feedstock to attain the best processing effect.
3. With external fan, full sealed machine, and no dust outside machine, thereby gaining the end of evironmental protection.
4.Adopt reciprocating machanism with rubber bearing, less vibrating, low noise.
5. Adopt self-aligning bearing with looseness prevention device so as to make the mechanical property steadier.
