General Description

The Polypropylene Filter Press Fabrics are made of woven polyproylene (PP), can be divided into PP staple fabrics, PP long thread fabrics, and PP monofilament fabrics. These products is a kind of Liquid Filtration Material to possess the properties of acid-resistance, alkali-resistance, small specific gravity, the melting point 142-146℃, and operating temperature maximum 90℃. The PP Woven Filter Press Fabrics are mainly used in precision chemical, dye chemical, sugar, pharmaceutical, alumina industry, for the equipments of Frame Filter Press, belt filters, blend belt filters, disc filters, drum filters etc. The filter precision can reach less than 1 micron. There are different weaving methods for this material, including plain weave, twill weave, satin weave and other weaving methods.
