2 detecting ways: A scan and B scan
9 channels consist of a 0° channel, 2 37° channels and 6 70° channels
Auto record the B scan data and parameters
Capacity allows to save data of 60 days
Manual record function is available as well
Supports PC software for replaying and analyzing according to the data
The instrument can locate the rail failures with its GPS
Colored diffuse big screen can display image clearly in the strong sunlight
Various channels are displayed with different colors
That is convenient for observing
The screen can display B scan over 2 meters length
The A scan and B scan can display in the same screen synchronously
They are displayed in separate areas
The screen also has 2 areas showing work parameters and control parameters
The instrument has 40 keys on the keyboard, with one key operation for major functions to save time
The instrument has self testing for probes
If there is something wrong with probes, the system will warn the operator to adjust them in 3 meters
It can analyze whether the probes are coupled well with the rail, and show it on PC to help analyst to decide whether the gains are proper
The instrument can be used normally under the temperature of -30-50°C
