Flat-die pellet mill machine(wood pellet mill machine) is widely used for energy sources.The series pellet mill is on basis of flat die pellet mill`s skill, introduced by Swiss advanced technology. They comprise two rollers/three rollers/four rollers. Range of application:
The wood pellet mill machine mainly suitable for coarse fiber granules,such as:sawdust,rice husk,cotton stalk,cotton seed hull,weeds and other corps straw,living garbage,plastic waste and factory waste.Widely used in animal husbandry and aquaculture, and medium farms, feed mills, and brewing, sugar, paper making, medicine, cigarette factory in sectors such as organic waste and granulation, is preferred (biological) organic fertilizer production enterprise ideal equipment.
Main performance characteristics:
1).Dry into dry out without drying.Using differential,universal joint drive,motor or diesel engine.Low energy,high output and easy to operate.
2). New technology of the extrusion granulation, polishing integer, thoroughly solved the traditional granulation process organic material content is low (about 30%), the difficulty of granulation, such as raw material need drying crushing processing key technology problem.
3). Can produce round ball of pure organic fertilizer, organic and
inorganic fertilizer, biological organic fertilizer; Uniform particles, smooth,
rounded, high intensity, good liquidity.
4).Using technology unique triad one machine at a time to complete
low-temperature drying, cooling, screening process, less equipment investment,
low operating cost. Microbial survival rate > 90%.
