How to properly use PP electrode for welding

• PP electrode welding requires a strong hand holding the electrode. According to the different purposes to be achieved, the angle between the electrode and the welding seam (that is, the direction of the electrode movement) generally has three angles: obtuse angle, right angle, and acute angle.
• Higher, the welding speed is slower, but the welding seam is stronger, generally used for the front track; the obtuse angle is second, and the acute angle requires lower hand strength, the welding speed is faster, but the welding strength is low, generally used for peripheral reinforcement . 
• During welding, the air duct of the welding gun should be evenly shaken along the welding seam and the welding rod, so that both the welding seam and the welding rod can be initially melted to improve the welding strength. It takes more practice to master the specific technique. Whether the strength of the welding seam is reliable can be seen after the welding rod has cooled down a little to see if it can be torn off into strips.
