The cooling and slicing machine is a device that uses a stainless steel inner cooling roller to rotate the adhesive tape in the material groove of the heated liquid raw material to the adjustable scraper blade device at the front of the equipment for slicing. The completed liquid is converted into solid sheet material by the cooling scraper blade, and the raw material that has been cooled into crystals can also be scraped. The raw materials formed by slicing machines improve the quality of products compared to other crushing processing materials. Moreover, the equipment has good stability, easy operation, and the thickness and output of the scraper material can be determined based on the characteristics of the raw materials, drum speed, and feeding speed. working principle:

The molten material enters the material distribution device through the heat tracing pipeline and continuously overflows from the material distributor, evenly distributed on the surface of the moving steel strip. The material forms a thin coating on the steel strip and is uniformly cooled by the cooling water on the back of the steel strip. By utilizing the excellent heat transfer characteristics of the steel strip itself, the material forms a thin layer on the steel strip and is uniformly cooled and solidified into solid material pieces by the cooling water on the back of the steel strip. The cured product is scraped off from the steel strip by a cutting scraper and then crushed to the set size by a crusher.
