Product Overview:

The double-layer steel strip laminating machine mainly consists of an overflow groove, stainless steel conveying and crushing device. The upstream hot melt material is evenly distributed on the surface of the lower steel strip through the overflow groove to form a thin layer of uniform thickness. During the conveying process, the material is in contact with both the upper and lower steel strips, and the cold water spraying system continuously sprays cold water to the back of the upper and lower steel strips, rapidly cooling the material and crushing it into the required irregular shape by the crushing device at the tail of the machine. Compared with the single steel strip laminating machine, the double-layer steel strip has higher cooling efficiency and can be used to cool some thicker materials. In addition, it can also prevent some materials from curling.

working principle

The molten material enters the material distribution device through the heat tracing pipeline and continuously overflows from the material distributor, evenly entering between the moving two layers of steel strips. By utilizing the excellent heat transfer characteristics of the steel strip itself, the material is uniformly cooled and solidified into solid material pieces between the upper and lower layers of steel strip by cooling water. The cured product is scraped off from the steel strip by a cutting scraper and then crushed to the set size by a crusher.
