Product Features
1.Material.Both the machine's body and inside fermenting trays and fermenting racks are made of food grade SUS304.HY-400 machine have 80 pcs fermenting trays and 2pcs fermenting racks which can be put in about 400kg fresh garlic each batch.Each tray has a cover which can prevent related moisture from lossing in the fermenting process.
2.Control System. It is a kind of automatic machine.All the fermenting time,temeprature are set up in advance.We just need to choose related process and the machine can run automatically.From the machine's screen, we can see the machine's running sitatuion, such as
fermenting temperature, time and so on.
3.Widely Applicaiton.Besides whole bulb black garlic, it can also be used for making peeled black garlic.In addition, it can also be used to make black lemon, shallot and so on.
4.Process Cycle.Eech proces is about 18days which mainly includes fermenting and drying process.So, our machine's produciton effiency is high.
5.Fermenting Technology.Compared with others suppliers, we don't add any water in the production except water.
Black Garlic Production Process
1.Select good quality fresh garlic. We suggest the garlic's moisture is about 55%-65%.
2.Loading fresh garlic into the fermenting trays and load on the fermenting trays.
3.Start Fermenting process.After 3days, we can takes some samples to check it's colour and taste.9days later, fermenting is over.
4.Drying process. In the drying process,we need to check the samples every day.
5.After drying,we can put black garlic in the ripening room to keep a good black garlic quality.
6.Packing and sales.
