The black garlic machie is also called black garlic fermenting machine or black garlic fermenter.The main process is mainly includes fermenting and drying process.What is the most important process is fermenting.In the fermenting process,we will control it's fermenting temperature and time.We will use different temperature in the production process.
HY-200 model black garlic machine can be put in 200kg fresh garlic each batch and the output is about 100kg black garlic.It can be used for making whole bulb black garlic as well as peele black garlic cloves.
