How to Make Black Garlic through Our Black Garlic Fermenting Machine
1.Choose best quality fresh garlic.Those fresh garlic damaged or moldy can not be used. The garlic should be about 55%-70%.
2.Put fresh garlic into fermenting trays and cover .
3.Start to ferment process.3 days later, we can start to check the black garlic samples,especailly the colour and taste.
4.9 days later, fermenting will stop.Then ,drying process will start.
5.After drying process ,we need to take the black garlic from the machine and put in a clean room to ripen.
