Black Garlic Fermentation Machine is a kind of machine used for making black garlic.HY-30 model is a kind of small black garlic fermenting machine .It can be put in about 25kg each batach and get about 12.5kg black garlic finally.

1.The small garlic fermenting machine has 5 pcs fermenting trays in a rack which are made of SUS 304.
2.On the bottom of the machine ,it has 4 univeral wheels and it can be moved easily.
3. All the fermenting time and temperature data can be seen from the automatic PLC screen directly.
4.On the top of the machine ,it is the circulation fan and exhaust fan.
